Client: Bella soul spa
location: waiting room
This mural is an 8ft x 10ft wall showcasing the ingredients used in all of the natural products used during the spa services and at home care products. The design is a simple yet intricate allowing the guests to sit and enjoy the visuals that are apart of their spa experience. For this design I only used one color (navy blue) and allowed the white background to serve as negative space between the elements.
Client: Bella soul spa
location: service rooms
Each service room has a 5ft x 5ft mural painted on one wall that indicates which room it is through the use of an illustrative herb/plant that accompanies the rooms name. Each of the rooms painted follows the same style as the wall painted in the waiting room. The colors used were navy blue on white wall and white on navy blue wall.
Client: personal home
location: bathroom
This mural is a 4ft x 5ft section that stretches onto four different walls. It portrays on octopus that is coming out of the wall and has its legs encompassing the surrounding walls including the ceiling for a portion of the painting. I wanted the viewer to feel as if the creature was coming up from behind them when using the restroom. Sitting on the throne and looking into the mirror, you are able to see the octopus coming up behind you and sort of engulfing your frame. I would also be a very fun mural to do for a kids bathroom, room, or playroom.
Client: vida verde
location: main entry wall
This mural is an 8ft x 6ft wall located in Stanwood at Vida Verde Home and Mercantile shop! We decided to go with a repetitive pattern of plant leaves that fold over each other and create a fun and comforting background. Customers are encouraged to take pictures in front of the wall and post to their instagram, tagging Vida Verde. It’s a great way to advertise your business!
